Sportsfest was pretty awesome. Barkada women's football team won their first game! We won one, lost one, had to forfeit the last one due to lack of players... but thank you for those that stepped up as team fillers. I'm really starting to love football. Next year we're going all the way!!!
On Sunday and Monday I was literally dying from the pain.. the aftermath of football was worth it at first but crying every time I moved in my bed was not fun! A good few of us went to RA sushi Sunday night. Good meffing times! Haha! Sake, sake, sake, BOMB! And Lil Jon impersonations. Haha!
Tuesday James and Rodney planned a BBQ at my house, which turned out pretty well. Flip cup is awesome! Haha! Then a couple of us went to the mall and just chilled. I was pretty tired but I had to go home and get ready for.. yes... another night of DTF. ^_^ So RJ, Erin, and Pat came over and I drove to DTF. What a night!!! Lets just say I am never drinking that much again! Or I will eat before I consume that many 4-horsemens. But it wasn't all bad... I got something good out of my VERY drunken night. ^_^ And I am thankful!
Wednesday I pretty much stayed in bed all day recovering but I had to go get my taxes done and went out to eat with my mom and my sister so since I was in the area I got a haircut too. She cut my bangs too short again! -_- Oh well... they'll grow. But as soon as I got back home, went back straight to bed. Thursday came and I didn't want to waste my day in bed again even though I still felt hungover... I was supposed to get Shabu Shabu with Jennifer but she couldn't so I went to get my nails done (finally!) and then went to Pantera Park for some BBQ-ing with the Barkada heads. Kindda felt like Sportsfest withdrawals because we were playing pretty much all the sports. And did I mention how much I love Mango Strawberry Frutistas from Taco Bell. Mmmmm! ^_^ The USC guys asked if I wanted to go to DTF AGAIN because it was for Mickey and apparently he was gonna drink so I HAD to go to see it... but I got tricked. Being sober at DTF sucks by the way! But the USC guys are awesome! =]
Friday was DISNEYLAND day!!! ^_^ Nick came to pick me up and off we went. He hasn't been to Disneyland in a REALLY long time and it's been more than a year for me, so it was about time. I got to learn what a nerd he is... ^_^ A Star Wars nerd... wow! o_0 Haha! We then met up with a bunch of Barkada heads and watched the new parade thingy. Haha! Wild children! I got Nick to ride on California Screamin' (who by the way is terrified of roller coasters) but he did it for me! Aww! ^_^
We split from the group because everyone had to do their own thing... so we went to watch Aladdin... and SOMEONE was super happy about that. Haha! =] Then we went to eat and made it back in time for the fireworks. I love fireworks! We then went to see Fantasmic. It really wasn't that great, I only liked the part when the couples passed by on the boats... awww. So cute! Nick and I were pretty tired and it was getting too crowded with cheerleaders and what not so we left after the show. I had a really good time.
Saturday I cleaned my room and what not and then Nick came to pick me up so that I could FINALLY watch 'I love you man.' Bwahaha! That movie was funnay! I really enjoyed it. After that we ate at CPK, went back to my house and walked Snowy. It was a great way to end my spring break. Definitely made up for last years spring break. Sunday I had work so bleh... Hated going back to work. My supervisor was not feeling well so my manager sent him home... she had to leave early to go get her son... so I was pretty much alone for a good hour or so. I need to find a new job! -_- But yeap... that wraps up my recap of spring break 2009.I WANT IT TO BE THURSDAY ALREADY!!!!
